The Republican vs The Royalist
A special thanks to Miche Marion who gifted me a piece of original Gaye Hawkes artwork after my graduation from the Bachelor of Computing. From the photograph you might notice each man’s shoulder has a red pin – by moving the top horizontal wood left and right the men’s uppercut punches flail around in circles. One of the big Australian debates that arises every few years is do we keep the Queen or strike out as a Republic?
So thanks Miche. I now have to figure where in my office to build a shelf among the growing number of original artworks.
